Dual-way Call
lP dual-way voice communication feature ensures crystal-clear audio quality, allowing nurses and doctors to communicate with patients quickly and efficiently.
Nursing Indicator
To show the bed number is being nursed in visual animation form.
Infusion Completion Call
After the infusion is completed, press the dressing change button to call the nurse to change the dressing.
Countdown for Test
Countdown to avoid missing the best viewing times for certain tests. The timer will alarm when it returns to zero.
Screen Saver
Use it at night to avoid screen brightness affecting the patient’s rest.
Code Blue
Send Code Blue to the Nurse Call Host near the location of medical staff members to go to the patient when the patient goes into cardiac arrest, has respiratory issues, or experiences any other medical emergency.

- Initiate and attend voice and video call
- Incoming call voice broadcast.

- Reminder and processing of unprocessed events in the hospital bed list.
- Unified broadcasting to all terminals (real-time, timed).
- Internal address book, calls can be transferred to extensive nurse call host management.

Incoming Call List
Displays the received terminal call information in a pop-up window list. Support text quick reply.
Notifications
Text, voice and video notifications can be sent to the terminal, which can be used for emergency message notification and education.
Dial Page and Call Records
Enter the terminal number on the dial pad to call the corresponding terminal. Nurse can also view terminal information through call records, and click to call the terminal directly.
Hosting Page
When the nurse station is unmanned, the nurse call host function can be hosted on the extensive nurse call host to receive all incoming call information of this ward.

Bathroom Call Unit
- The bathroom call unit is mounted on the wall of the bathroom or toilet for patients to call for help. It is a waterproof design to deal with emergency incidents.
- Press the Call button, the SOS button, or pull the cord to trigger the over-door light and send an alert message to the nurse call host.
- Bathroom call unit with a cancel button is available.

- lnstalled above the door of the ward, it can be associated with bedside tablet, handset call unit, and ward door tablet, which is convenient for timely handling of emergencies.
- The over door light supports displaying 7 colors as different needs and call level

Corridor Display Screen
- Customizable layout, different departments display different styles of interface layout.
- Display department information, slogan information, time and date, scroll time and relevant prompt slogans.
- Call message and alarm message reminder. With call prompt tone (voice or music), the volume can be set by software.
- Each ward is equipped with corridor display screens as required, and the number is not limited.
